Out and About

Yoga walking is when we walk and practice mindfulness. We are able to reconnect with our bodies. We quiet our minds. We link our breath with our steps.

It’s a good yogi-style workout off the mat, too, strengthening the heart, burning calories, increasing circulation and improving stamina, every step lengthening. It’s like Mr. Natural says, “Keep on truckin’.”
